1. Services

Golden Home Nest offers consultation and project coordination across nine service lines: Home Décor, Bathroom Design, Home Security Installation, Fire Security Installation, Home Warranty Floor, Door & Window, Solar & Energy, Roofing & Maintenance, and Home Insurance readiness. Specific products shown are representative examples, not a live catalog, and are confirmed with you before any order is placed.

2. Consultations & quotes

A free consultation is an estimate based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an in-person or video walkthrough. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Scheduling

• Installation dates are confirmed after a signed proposal.
• Weather-dependent work (roofing, exterior, solar) may be rescheduled for safety.
• Access to the property must be arranged in advance of each visit.

4. Liability

Golden Home Nest carries standard trade insurance for work performed by our team. Manufacturer warranties on products (flooring, security hardware, solar equipment) are passed through to the client as provided by the manufacturer.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services grow; the version in effect is always the one published on this page.

Consultations

The initial consultation is free of charge, so no refund applies. Follow-up design sessions booked separately can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Deposits

• Project deposits are refundable in full if cancelled before materials are ordered.
• Once materials are ordered on your behalf (flooring, doors, solar panels, security hardware), the manufacturer's cost is deducted from any refund.
• Deposits are non-refundable once installation has begun.

Completed work

If completed work does not match the confirmed proposal, we will remedy it at no additional cost before any refund is discussed.
